Aspen - Long Heart Necklace

This Hand-formed Bronze Heart necklace is pretty and feminine with a Boho feel.  

This handmade necklace features a carefully hand-knotted series of 8mm Amazonite Stones.  They have been individually knotted with brown waxed linen.  

The necklace is finished with a hand-formed solid bronze heart.  This heart started out as Bronze Clay (BRONZclay*).  The clay was conditioned, rolled, carefully shaped, dried, refined and kiln fired for several hours.  The resulting solid bronze piece was then polished to reveal a warm golden hue. 

This necklace is approximately 34" long.  It is both comfortable and versatile.  It will certainly be your "go -to" piece.

*BRONZclay consists of 11% tin, 89% copper, water and non-toxic binding materials. The binding materials vaporize completely during the kiln-firing process, leaving a solid bronze piece with a density 90% that of cast bronze. This precious metal is very hard and durable - making it perfect for jewelry!
