Hammered Bronze, Freshwater Pearl and Gold Earrings - Rustic Elegance

These earrings have rustic simplicity with a touch of elegance.

Each earring is composed of 1 - Handmade Bronze square (3/4" x 3/4"). These squares started out as Bronze Clay (BRONZclay*). Following a multi-stage process, the clay pieces were fired in a kiln for several hours. The resulting Solid Bronze squares were machine polished and sealed to preserve the warm golden hue.

The squares sway beneath very natural Freshwater Pearls. Each pearl is a lovely creamy white, with a beautifully imperfect shape.

The dangles are suspended from 14Kt. Gold Fill ear wires.

These lightweight earrings are approximately 1-7/8" long.

*BRONZclay consists of 11% tin, 89% copper, water and non-toxic binding materials. The binding materials vaporize completely during the kiln-firing process, leaving a solid bronze piece with a density 90% that of cast bronze. This precious metal is very hard and durable - making it perfect for jewelry!
